Feedback is paramount for successful learning. Inclusive feedback should be three-fold. Diagnostically, as feed-in in the beginning of the learning process, supportive as feed-forward to systematically guide students to move forward and finally, as summative feedback to evaluate learning gains. Opportunities for feedback should be provided throughout the learning cycle to develop the students’ assessment literacy. This area provides you tips on how to make the feedback practices more inclusive.
